2019-yil 18-sentyabr kuni O‘zsanoatqurilishbank Bosh ofisida “SQB Ayollar klubi” a’zolari uchun tashkil etilgan navbatdagi treningda ana shu va boshqa masalalar muhokama qilindi.

– Jamiyatda erkaklarning rahbarlik salohiyati ayollarga nisbatan yuqori degan stereotip mavjud, – deydi Bank HR-menejeri Zulfiya Kalanova. – Aslida esa rahbarlik insonga ilohiy yuqtiriladigan qobiliyati yoki shaxsning xatti-harakati va izlanishlari samarasida shakllanadigan mahorati tufayli nasib etadi.

Тreningda rahbar ayol qiyofasi, uslubi, mukammal ayol rahbarlarga xos xususiyatlar, uning qarama-qarshi jins vakillaridan farqli jihatlari, rahbar ayol boshqaruvining afzalliklar xususida taqdimot namoyish etildi.

Tadbir ishtirokchilari rahbar ayol sifatida jamoani boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari, xodimlar bilan o‘zaro munosabatlar, xodimlarni nomoddiy rag‘batlantirish usullari bilan tanishtirildi.

Treningning amaliy qismi “keys-metod” uslubida olib borildi. Unda ishtirokchilar jamoalarga bo‘lingan holda muayyan hayotiy vaziyatlarni tahlil qilib, ular zamiridagi muammolar mohiyati yuzasidan fikr almashdi, yechimi borasida takliflar berdi.

Erkaklar jamoasida ayol rahbar. U qanday bo‘lishi kerak?!

2019-yil 18-sentyabr kuni O‘zsanoatqurilishbank Bosh ofisida “SQB Ayollar klubi” a’zolari uchun tashkil etilgan navbatdagi treningda ana shu va boshqa masalalar muhokama qilindi.

– Jamiyatda erkaklarning rahbarlik salohiyati ayollarga nisbatan yuqori degan stereotip mavjud, – deydi Bank HR-menejeri Zulfiya Kalanova. – Aslida esa rahbarlik insonga ilohiy yuqtiriladigan qobiliyati yoki shaxsning xatti-harakati va izlanishlari samarasida shakllanadigan mahorati tufayli nasib etadi.

Тreningda rahbar ayol qiyofasi, uslubi, mukammal ayol rahbarlarga xos xususiyatlar, uning qarama-qarshi jins vakillaridan farqli jihatlari, rahbar ayol boshqaruvining afzalliklar xususida taqdimot namoyish etildi.

Tadbir ishtirokchilari rahbar ayol sifatida jamoani boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari, xodimlar bilan o‘zaro munosabatlar, xodimlarni nomoddiy rag‘batlantirish usullari bilan tanishtirildi.

Treningning amaliy qismi “keys-metod” uslubida olib borildi. Unda ishtirokchilar jamoalarga bo‘lingan holda muayyan hayotiy vaziyatlarni tahlil qilib, ular zamiridagi muammolar mohiyati yuzasidan fikr almashdi, yechimi borasida takliflar berdi.

– Avvalo, “SQB Ayollar klubi” tashkil etilganligining o‘zi bir muhim voqelikdir, – deydi Bankni strategik rivojlantirish departamenti boshqarma boshlig‘i o‘rinbosari Natalya Maksimova. – Тreninglarda dolzarb mavzular ko‘tarilmoqda, ko‘plab masalalarga yechim topilmoqda. Mazkur uchrashuv ham juda qiziqarli o‘tdi. Unda dunyo bo‘yicha ko‘plab rahbar ayollarning muvaffaqiyatlari misol tariqasida o‘rganildi.
