Aziz Akbarjon Akbarjonov ogli

Akbarjonov Aziz Akbarjon ogli was born in Tashkent on 11 September 1985.

He graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics with a Bachelor's degree in 2008 and a Master's degree in Management in 2010.

He started his professional activity in 2004 as a specialist of the 2nd category of the department of work with corporate clients of the Tashkent regional branch of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2018, he started working in JSCB "Uzpromstroybank" as the director of the project management and executive supervision department.

Since November 2019 he has been appointed Credit Director (CCO) of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank", and since January 2020 - Chief Credit Director.

From May 2020 to October 2023 Akbarjonov Aziz Akbarjon ogli held the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

Since 3 October 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

Anvarjon Abdumajitovich Ergashev

Anvarjon Abdumajitovich Ergashev was born in 1973. In 1995 he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute with a degree in Finance and Credit. 

He began his career in 1993 as a chief specialist of the Uzbek joint-stock innovation and commercial bank "Ipak Yuli" and in this bank in the period until 1998 he worked up to the position of deputy head of the department of credit and commercial investments. In 1998-2006, he worked as the head of the Department for assessment, analysis and lending of investment projects of the Uzbek international bank "Uzprivatbank", acting first deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Chairman of the Management Board.

In 2006-2017 he worked as the head of the Central operational regional branch of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank", in 2017-2018 - the head of the Department for control of accounting operations of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank", director of the Department of money circulation and cash operations.

Anvarjon Abdumajitovich Ergashev has been appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank" since February 2018.

Abdurashid Bakhrom Ugli Khakimov was born on 14 February 1996 in Tashkent.

In 2018, he graduated from Westminster International University in Tashkent with a degree in Finance and Economics. In 2022, he graduated from the University of Tübingen (Germany) with a degree in Financial Management.

He began his professional career in 2018 at Uzpromstroybank JSCB as a Category II Specialist in the International Financial Institutions Division of the Basic Industries Project Financing and Monitoring Department within the Bank’s Investment Coordination and Monitoring Department.

From April to August 2018, he worked as a Category I Specialist in the International Financial Institutions and Foreign Banks Department of the Corporate Client Financing Department at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

From August 2018 to February 2019, he served as Chief Specialist in the Financial Institutions Cooperation Division of the International Financial Institutions and Banks Cooperation Department within the International Financial Institutions and Banks Department at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

From February to December 2019, he served as Head of the Trade Finance and Guarantees Division of the Short-Term Lending Department within the Corporate Client Financing Department at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

From December 2019 to March 2020, he served as Head of the Corporate Business Product Development Division of the Other Industries Department within the Corporate Business Department at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

From March to August 2020, he served as Deputy Head of the Structured Finance Department and Head of the Syndicated Lending Division within the Corporate Business Department at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

From August 2020 to February 2021, he served as Deputy Head of the Structured Finance Department within the Corporate Business Department at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

From August 2021 to June 2022, he worked as Financial and Economic Affairs Adviser at Oq-Saroy Textile LLC.

From July 2022 to December 2023, he served as Deputy Director of the Corporate Business Department at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

From December 2023 to May 2026, he served as Director of the Financial Institutions and Investor Relations Department at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

On 20 May 2026, Abdurashid Bakhrom Ugli Khakimov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

Umarov Davron Shavkatovich was born on April 28, 1987, in Kokand city, Fergana region.

In 2008, he successfully graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration with a degree in Regional Economics and Management. In 2010, he received a Master's degree from the Tashkent State University of Economics.

From October 2008 to February 2011, he worked in the Kokand branch of the National Bank.

From 2011 to January 2024, he worked in the Kokand branch of JSCB Asakabank, where he worked his way up from a second-category specialist in the foreign exchange operations department to the director of the department in the head office of Asakabank JSC.

On January 6, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB Uzpromstroibank.

Abduvaliev Sanjar Abdurakhmonovich was born on September 11, 1988, in Tashkent.

In 2009, he graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics with a degree in "World Economy and International Economic Relations." In 2011, he earned a master's degree from the same university.

From July 2011 to May 2024, he worked in various organizations, including the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan and "O'zsanoatqurilishbank" JSCB, where he progressed from a first-category specialist to the head of the Tashkent City Territorial Administration.

Since May 10, 2024, he has been serving as Acting Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of "O'zsanoatqurilishbank" JSCB.

Evgeniy Yuryevich Gorokhov was born on April 28, 1974, in Moscow.

In 1997, he graduated from the State Academy of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze (Moscow), and in 2000 from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (Moscow). He also completed additional training in business negotiations, time management, task and personnel management, teamwork, as well as preparation and delivery of presentations.

For more than eight years, he served as a Senior Advisor at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) / World Bank Group, participating in the implementation of projects with banks in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

A senior executive with over 25 years of experience in risk management and lending. He held senior management positions in leading state-owned and private international banks, including EXIMBANK and Bank Otkritie FC, serving as Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

He specialized in building comprehensive enterprise-wide risk management systems, managing credit and operational risks, developing credit processes and lending methodologies, establishing monitoring and recovery systems for non-performing loans, fraud prevention, business process analysis, and the implementation of new banking products.

Since December 2025, he has been serving as a Member of the Management Board — Chief Risk Officer of Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Uzpromstroybank”.

Timur Оlimovich Norov was born in 1989. In 2011 he graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics with a degree in World Economy and International Economic Relations.

He started his professional activity in Hamkorbank in 2012.

Since 2013, he has worked in the system of JSCB Uzpromstroybank, where he held various positions in corporate and retail lending, including mortgages and small business.

Since 2017, he has held senior positions: he headed the SME lending departments and worked as a director of the bank's specialised departments.

From 2021 to 2023, he was Deputy and then Director of the Information Technology Department. In 2023, he became Head of the Digital Business Department.

Since April 2025 - Chief Business Director of JSCB Uzpromstroybank.

Orsolya Ekler was born on August 27, 1971, in Balaegerszeg, Hungary.

She graduated from Dresden Technical University, Faculty of Economics with a specialization in Econometrics (1989-1996). She completed advanced training at the Controlling Academy (Bank Controlling) in Baden (2000), Saldo accounting courses (2000-2002), IFRS courses at KPMG (2006), and advanced management training at Ashridge UK (2012).

She began her professional career in 1995-1996 as an assistant manager at Balogh Import Export Handels-KG. In 1994, she completed an internship in the accounting department at SachsenKroneGmbH Dresden.

From 1998 to 2001, she worked as Director of the Control and Reporting Department at Erste Bank Hungary Rt., where she was responsible for coordinating budgeting and strategic planning.

From 2001 to 2004, she held the position of Head of Control, Accounting, and Market Risk Management at Erste Bank Rt.

In 2004-2005, she served as Managing Director in the Control and Market Risk Management division at Erste Bank Hungary Rt.

From 2007 to 2013, she held leadership positions in Kazakhstan's banking sector - working at Nurbank and Alliance Bank, where she headed the financial division.

From 2013 to 2016, she worked as Financial Director at MOL-Russ (oil and gas sector) in Russia, where she was responsible for managing all financial operations of the MOL group in Russia and Ukraine.

From 2017 to present, she has been working as a consultant and project manager in the banking sector, implementing numerous projects on IFRS implementation and banking systems for leading Hungarian banks.

She is fluent in Hungarian, English, German, and Russian.

Sergey Aleksandrovich Kozlov was born on 17 June 1978 in Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation.

In 2000, he graduated from the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

He began his professional career in 2000 at Aeroflot — Russian International Airlines, where he worked as a process engineer, head of department and deputy director of the Information Technology Department.

From 2015 to 2018, he served as Director of the Operations Department at Amadeus LLC.

From 2019 to 2024, he headed the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at Sberbank of Russia.

From 2024 to 2025, he worked as an associate professor at the Department of Information Transmission Problems and Data Analysis of a federal state autonomous higher education institution.

Since 3 February 2026, he has served as Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board — Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

Durbek Meylijonovich Sadirov was born on 30 September 1986 in Samarkand.

In 2009, he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute with a degree in Banking.

He began his professional career in 2009 at the Treasury Department of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He served as a first-category specialist, leading specialist and head of the Foreign Currency and Precious Metals Operations Division.

In 2014, he worked as a leading accounting specialist at the state joint-stock foreign trade company Uzprommashimpex.

From 2014 to 2022, he held several managerial positions at Asia Alliance Bank JSCB. He served as chief specialist of the Economic Analysis and Strategic Development Division, deputy head of the Treasury Department, head of the Asset and Liability Management and Financial Markets Operations Division, and head of the Treasury Department.

In 2022, he joined Uzpromstroybank JSCB as Deputy Director of the Treasury Department and Head of the Asset and Liability Management Division.

From 2022 to 2026, he served as Director of the Treasury Department and subsequently as Director of the Treasury and Trading Department at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.

Since 8 June 2026, he has served as Chief Officer for Global Markets and Funding at Uzpromstroybank JSCB.
