The microloan is available to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who are between 18 and 65 years of age, inclusive, on the application date.

Microloan purpose:
No specific purpose is required.
Microloan amount:
From UZS 2 million to UZS 100 million.
Microloan term:
Up to 36 months.
Currency:
National currency — Uzbek soum.
Repayment schedule:
Annuity or declining-balance.
Microloan security:

Residential property is not accepted as collateral for microloans with a term of up to 12 months.

Transfer to the borrower’s bank card or cash disbursement in the national currency.
A special offer under the MikroMadad microloan programme, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Bank’s 104th anniversary.
For payroll programme participants:
20% per annum

The borrower must be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
The borrower must be between 18 and 65 years of age, inclusive, on the application date;
The borrower must have documented income sufficient to make monthly principal and interest payments;
The borrower must have no overdue debt;
The borrower’s credit history relating to loans and microloans is reviewed for the preceding 24 months;
The debt-service-to-income ratio must not exceed 50%;
The total outstanding principal under consumer loans and/or microloans must not exceed eight times the borrower’s average monthly income.
The borrower’s average monthly income is determined by the Bank based on supporting documents and information, including:
Salary information for six consecutive months, excluding periods of annual leave. If there was a break in income during a particular month, funds credited to the borrower’s bank card during that month may be taken into account;
Information on the amount of pension payments;
Information on contributions to the individual cumulative pension account.
Passport or another identity document;
Information confirming the borrower’s income;
Documents relating to the microloan security;
An independent appraisal report where property is provided as collateral, if required;
Other documents required by law.
