MANAGER — ASSETS AND LIABILITIES SERVICE

Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank (SQB) is looking for a Manager to join the Assets and Liabilities Service within the Finance Block.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Accounting and Audit, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector;
• Ability to analyze data and identify systemic issues;
• Experience in preparing analytical reports and presentation materials;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong communication and feedback skills;
• Uzbek — fluent;
• English — fluent;
• Russian — intermediate.

Would be an advantage:
ACCA certification or successful completion of more than 50% of ACCA examinations.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling daily tasks related to internal correspondence between departments and electronic document management;
• Preparing reports on changes in balance sheet indicators;
• Preparing reports on capital adequacy indicators and the deposit base;
• Periodically calculating resource transfer pricing rates;
• Presenting transfer rates to the Asset and Liability Management Committee and keeping them up to date;
• Entering transfer rates into the relevant software system and monitoring calculations;
• Providing business units with explanations regarding transfer pricing applied to their products.
