In this regard, please keep the following in mind:

  1. If you are submitting an appeal as an individual, you must provide your full name, residential address, and the essence of your appeal. For legal entities, the full name of the organization, its address (postal address), and the content of the appeal must be specified.
  2. Attention! Submission of appeals containing defamation, insults, or false information is prohibited.
  3. Please also note that your appeal may be rejected in the following cases:
    • If the appeal contains inappropriate content (offensive or abusive language, threats, illogical or meaningless suggestions, etc.);
    • If the text of the appeal contains incomprehensible abbreviations or advertising materials, and lacks a clear application, complaint, or proposal;
    • If commercial offers or invitations to events unrelated to banking activities (seminars, etc.) are submitted. Such materials may be sent via regular mail.
  4. Appeals containing previously answered questions from the same user will not be considered unless new facts or circumstances are presented.

These requirements are established in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
