In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Guarantees for the Protection of Bank Deposits', signed on 18 February 2025, the state protects deposits placed with the bank. This means that your funds are guaranteed up to the legal limit.
The guaranteed amount of compensation for deposits is 200 million soums.
If the deposit is claimed before the expiration of one month from the moment of its placement, accrued and reserved interest income for the actual storage period is not paid.
If the deposit is claimed in the period from the second to the sixth month, interest is paid at the rate of 1% per annum for the full months actually saved.
If the deposit is claimed in the period from the seventh to the nineteenth month, interest is paid at the rate of 3% per annum for the full months actually saved.
If the deposit is claimed in the period from the twentieth to the twenty-fourth month, interest is paid at the rate of 6% per annum for the full months actually saved.
