Important Eligibility Requirements

Citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan; between 18 and 60 years of age, inclusive; a stable, officially documented source of income, such as salary, rental income, dividends or income from individual entrepreneurship

Monthly income not exceeding UZS 17 million

No outstanding mortgage loans

No payments overdue by more than 90 days

List of Required Documents:

Passport or ID card

Documents or information confirming income, including data obtained through electronic systems

Cadastral document and proof of ownership of the residential property

Renovation plan and cost estimate prepared by a licensed organisation

Residential property market valuation report

Agreement with a contractor or building materials supplier, if required

Green Project certificate obtained through green.uzmrc.uz, covering at least 50% of the project
